Visual Composer not working

    I recently noticed that I cannot access the visual composer feature in my wordpress website editor. Initially I was using WP Bakery Visual Composer. When I tried to click the visual composer it wouldn’t allow, then if I selected the ‘classic mode’ it never would load. I deleted the plug-in and downloaded the Visual Composer Website Builder but code was appearing in my live website. Currently, I have both visual composers downloaded but when I try to use the website builder it first pulls up the webpage, then blanks to a white screen. Can someone help me resolve this?
