  Not showing buttons that were previously available. I am the Admin for the blog, and the only person with access to any of the controls.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am seeing, I think, the same effect in the Visual Editor. The buttons are, in some sense, still there, but show up as four hex digits in a box. For example, “Paste as Plain Text” shows up as the following digits (you’ll have to imagine the box):

1 7

  Oddly, the Text Editor buttons are fine. I’m using Firefox 21.0 on Ubuntu Linux.
