  When you will create your post or pages on your site then you will be getting two tabs in the editor 1. Visual 2.HTML

  I would like to insert a Javascript code. On my screen “top right” the tab “Vilual / Text or HMTL not” appears.

  If you are talking about a WordPress.com site then you can’t use Javascript if you have a free, Personal or Premium plan. You’d need to upgrade to the Business plan for that functionality. https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
