Hi,
I have been using wordpress.com for the past 5 years and yesterday for some unknown reason my visual editor is disabled.
Can someone please help in getting the visual editor to work?

Hope you are doing good.
Well you can try deactivating all the plugins that you have , even the ones you feel are essential for the time being , and see if that resolves the issue.If it does , then reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.I hope this helps :).

Apologies for the late response.
I hope the visual editor has been activated now. If not please go to the users section on your dashboard(Of your site) which is on the left hand side and then go to your profile. On top in the personal options uncheck the box for “disable visual editor while writing option” .
To customise your home page , you can go to appearance – customise and then make the changes as desired.
I did go to your site and checked out the home page. Do you mean the hero image of that page (which says home) needs to be changed? Which is grey in colour.

I’ve looked into this and the “Visual” tab on the editor is loading for me. There are several sites listed in your account so I just want to check whether you are having this trouble with musiciloveweb.wordpress.com or another site?
