Visual editor HTML escaping characters in code blocks
-
Hi,
If code blocks created using
...
or [sourcecode]…[/sourcecode], has characters that are not supported by HTML such as ‘<‘, they are being escaped. Thus ‘<‘ becomes ‘<‘ when the code block is viewed or edited in the visual editor. This does not happen with the old visual editor invoked from the wp-admin site. Appreciate if someone can look into it and provide a fix.
Kind Regards,
