Visual Editor Icon Appearance Problem

  Visual editor icon problem:

  In Firefox, the icons appear but do not have the descriptive text – rather they appear as a box with tiny, strange characters. I have to hover the mouse over the box to identify the icon.

  In IE9, only the spell check icon appears. The rest appear only if I hover the mouse.

  I’ve checked the help section and forums and cannot find a solution, other than clearing the cache, which I did for both browsers.

  2. Could you please let me know if you experience this:

  – on another computer
  – on the same computer, on a different network? For example, at home if you’re experiencing this at work, or in a coffee shop if you’re seeing this at home?
