Visual Editor – icons missing

  Hi,

  First let me say I’m not all that savvy w/ wordpress. Please be patient. When I try to write a blog post the icons aren’t there.
  I’ve tried clearing the cache and removing cookies. I’ve tried updating the Firefox browser.
  Not sure what else to do. Can you steer me somehow with what to do? if I look up my blog on Explorer the icons show but now with Firefox.
  Help me, Please…

  Did this problem just start happening, or has it been going on a while? Which browser/version are you using? Does changing your browser make a difference?

  The most recent stable version of Firefox is Firefox 23. Maybe you need to upgrade. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
