Visual Editor is missing

    Visual editor is not available. WordPress, theme and all plugins are up to date. I deactivaed ALL plugins and activated on at a time, I actived a different theme, I cleared cache. Nothing has helped. I am using Kadence theme (virtue) with siteorgins bundled widgets, page builder by siteorgins and Black studio Tiny MCE (all bundles with the theme I purchased)
    Please tell me what I can do next to resolve this issue. Thanks
