Visual Editor is stuck on HTML mode
-
Hi guys,
The visual editor seems to be stuck on HTML mode. They’re not clickable at the moment. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve cleared my cache twice, but no luck.

Under dashboard, click on users (at far right top). Then Click on Your Profile. Check the box which says, “Use the visual editor when writing.” Then save your changes.

Try going to the editor page and then force refresh the page (view menu > refresh or reload). If by chance you are using Opera, then it could be that WordPress has locked the visual editor out since the TinyMCE editor used by WordPress is not compatible with Opera.
Also, try turning off the editor in your profile, returning to the editor and force refreshing the page, then return to your profile and turning on the visual editor and again return to the editor and force refresh the page.
Also, try logging out of WordPress, clearing your browser cache and cookies, closing and relaunching your browser and try again to get to the visual editor.
