Visual Editor missing row2 of icons

  I cannot see all options in the Visual Editor and I have administrator user rights. ( I miss row 2 iscons: formatting paragraph… )

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you click on the last button in the row of icons you can see (it’s called toolbar toggle) the second row of buttons should appear.
