Visual Editor not coming up

    I’m trying to do a blog post. I am copying from a Word document and pasting it into WordPress. WordPress will not let me indent a quote/paragraph. The Visual Editor and The classic editor won’t come. Any secrets? I have searched the web and all the methods being described don’t work.
