Visual Editor not visible in Hemingway Theme

  Hi,

  I have 2 blogs (.com) using the Hemingway Theme. On one blog (http://ghostwritersenglish.wordpress.com/about/), when I write a post, I can see the visual editor (all the options of choosing font size, colour etc) but on the other blog (www.projectshe.wordpress.com) I don’t see the second line of the visual editor!

  I am using both of these on Chrome. They are opened simultaneously and I can see the difference.

  I am the only admin in both the blogs.

  What’s wrong? What am I missing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Click the last icon on the right of the visual editor.
