Visual Editor Not Working

  When attempting to edit/write blog posts the text box on the visual tab does not appear. The HTML tab seems to be fine, but I prefer to work in the visual tab. I’ve tried clearing my browsing history and cookies. I’m using a Chromebook and the Chrome browser. I have not downloaded any plug-ins, so I don’t believe uninstalling plug-in would be a solution. I’m just out of solutions. I really hope you are able to help me with this.

  Hi there. Do you have this problem in the default Beep Beep Boop editor or in the classic editor (WP-Admin ->Posts ->Add New)? See if the same thing happens if you use the other editor. The Beep Beep Boop editor has a known issue where the text box gets squished in at the bottom of the screen and can’t be resized. Perhaps that’s what is happening.

  You mention you cleared history and cookies, but did you also clear the browser cache? Also please check if you have the same problem if you use a different browser (if possible).

  Kokkieh, thank you for the tips! I ended up totally resetting my browser, and that seems to have fixed the issue. Again, thank you so much for your help.
