Visual editor not working

  Hi! The visual editor is not working on our site. We use Enfold, every plugin is up to date, I also checked by deactivating them.
  current versions:
  WordPress version 5.3.2
  Current theme: Enfold (version 3.4.7)
  Current plugin: (version )
  PHP version 7.3.13

  Help me please!

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place.
  These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
