Visual Editor resize problem

Hi all,
The visual editor on my WP site has become
- huge!
I have carried out several instructions after following the following posts;

I have deleted cookies, cache and logged out/in.
What a nightmare, I mean my editor page is seriously massive..I would appreciate any further help on this as it’s a bit of a pain :-/
