Visual Editor Toolbar

How can I get the the full toolbar with all the icons, e.g. font size, insert table, etc.?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The Visual Editor toolbar does not have buttons to adjust the font size or to insert a table. The full two rows of buttons are explained here:

The “toolbar toggle” hides the second row of icons. That’s described here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
Are you referring to the buttons under Row 2?
