Visual Editor Widget

  I manage a wordpress site for my department, and there is a widget called Visual Editor available to me on their site, but it is not available for my personal site through wordpress.com.

  Any ideas why that may be? Or if it’s possible to get the visual editor widget?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are only available on self-hosted WordPress sites (also known as WordPress.org).
