Visual editor won’t work

  @hopewellslibraryoflife I have tried the fixes I found online, but they are apparently not for free wordpress. I suddenly cannot edit in Visual tab. Going to USERS>>Profile>>disable visual–I don’t have disable visual. I tried uploading a new theme. Same problem. no editing in Visual.
