  @ darnelldibbles Hi there. With regards to this thread that you helped me answered, I would like to know how did you add the visual instructions? I would like to learn how to do this so i can also add them for future answers to help people out. I’m not sure if I can ask this questions but I do also have some more questions in mind when it comes to helping others out just to be able to contribute more effectively and also provided you guys with appropriate support.   Hi there!

  To embed an image or a gif you’ll need to have it hosted online, you can use your site’s media library for that or a service like snipboard.io. Once you have an URL for your image, you can embed it in your replies using this code:
  <a href="your URL" target="_blank"><img src="your URL" /></a>

  for this link posted by a staff member, did he created this step by step instruction by himself and that’s why he was able to add it to his library? I’ve tried to add this on my media library but unable. Using snipboard it helps you take a screenshot but not like a moving image such as this.

  I would also like to clarify as volunteers, is it ok to ask volunteering questions in order to answer more effectively in the forum? Like is it ok to tag you if I have a question concerning about volunteering? I’ve read the guidelines but sometimes I do have certain questions and I don’t want to cause any inconvenience for the staff. I just wan to know if that’s ok or not.

  There are various programs that would allow you to create screencasts like this. I use Droplr, but I know that there are other, free alternatives like this one for Windows or this one for Mac.
