Visual mode not working

  Need help.
  The post is non visual but visual does not work and appears in HTML.

  what I should do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If the HTML and visual tabs appear at the top right of the editor text area, then log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

  If the visual and HTML tabs are not there, go to users > personal settings and enable the visual editor.
