Visual Mode Not Working

Visual Mode for body posts went dead days ago; only HTML Mode functions. This is regardless of browser. When will it be fixed?

Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

Ack! As I stated in a more detailed post elsewhere on this forum, I did that. I did everything that WP instructs to do and that I knew WP would instruct to do even before it instructed — clearing cookies/cache is a global simplified standardized favorite that rarely if ever works — and the problem persists.
I’ve also do my own troubleshooting. Facts remain: Visual Mode no longer functions.
It stopped functioning after the latest round of WP changes.
Photo-editing has also become a major pain in the arse.
Blogging in HTML is ditto.
WP has taken the fun outta blogging not only by “disabling” Visual Mode (albeit unintentionally through its latest “upgrades”) but *failing to fix it.*
Disgruntled? You bet. Pissed off? Yep. Most of all disappointed. WP used to be a great place.
No more … and not until WP returns the Visual Mode that SO MANY BLOGGERS RELY UPON … please.

Actually, we see more success with clearing cache and cookies on most issues than any other troubleshooting steps.
Can you please tell us what browser (and version of) you’re using?
