Visual post editor doesn’t load reopened

  I can’t see the Visual wysiwyg editor buttons that appear on top of the visual editor. I have tried everything in the previous support issue. But everytime that I reload the page using the ctrl F5 it works for a second then when it finishes loading the page it disappears. Not sure what the problem is. I do know it works in Chrome and not in Firefox??? Any answers anybody???

  I assume you are using Internet Explorer. What version are you using?
