Visual Tab Not Working

    We have WordPress 4.6.1 installed locally on our site. The last successful was 2nd September but today we’re unable to use the Visual tab in post editor.

    The error in console when you click the tab is:

    undefined: Cannot read property ‘canvas’ of loadscripts.php……..

    I’ve tried googling the error and applying the recommendations but doesn’t make any difference. I’ve tried deleting all the plugins, reinstalling 4.6.1 and testing before reinstalling any plugins but still doesn’t make any difference

    The only changes made recently on the server have been to remove TLS 1.0 to remain complaint with credit card processing standards. We have pagespeed installed but tried deactivating that for the blog

    Any assistance would be appreciated
