visual tool bar doesn’t come up in Edit window

  hello I’m only able to use my HTML setting in my edit window or when I’m writing a new post. When I click on visual it doesn’t come up please advise

  Check that you have not disabled the visual editor:
  dashboard > your profile > “Disable the visual editor when writing” should not be checked.
  Remember to scroll down and “update profile.”
