"Visual View" Missing from New Post/Edit Post screen

I’m attempting to publish a new post on my blog today. However, the “Visual” option for viewing my content is missing from the New Post/Edit Post windows. I can see the content that I’m entering, but only the non-visual/HTML side of things.
Can anyone help?
