Visual vs. HTML in the Editor window

  Visual vs. HTML in the Editor window: My site is stuck on HTML and the Visual option is not pickable. At first, I could not type or paste in the window. Now I can. I have cleared cache, cookies and deleted history, and all of that. I have restarted the PC. Nothing has helped. I found all of those suggestions here in this forum so the problem is not new. My site is a squeeze page in Optimize Press and is complete but the Visual Editor is blank, I think, because the window is showing the HTML version which I didn’t use. I appreciate any help that is out there. Thanks!
