VodPod in Sidebar

  Hi, I’m James and want to display a flickr slideshow in my sidebar using Vodpod as HTML in a textbox, not using the VodPod Widget. I want a single window that play without reader intervention. My blog in http://northcarolinacyclist.wordpress.com/ using the Vigilance theme.

  For this question I created a test blog: http://videoissue.wordpress.com/

  Now, the embedded VodPod code, size reduced to fit my sidebar pays perfectly in a post: http://videoissue.wordpress.com/2009/03/11/jalexartis-photostream/ [There is a delay for the video to load.]

  In the sidebar the HTML code shows–no slideshow.

  This is not a flash.WordPress.com issue because the VodPod video plays in the post. it appears the code is not called from the text box. I have a similar text box with a stand-alone photo that displays the photograph.

  How can I resolve this problem?
