Voltage pulling additional information

    Good afternoon,

    We use the Divi theme to pull data from our stock database, Dear System. However it is starting to pull all voltage information, where on Dear it is labelled as drop down categories, yet all options are being puled through (as seen on our products under Voltage).

    Is an issue with the theme that is pulling the relevant information over or is it simply from the Dear System?

    We cannot help because we don’t host your site dcbattery.tech on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we don’t have access to take a closer look.

    I would recommend reaching out to Dear to see where the problem is happening between their service and Divi – it might be something on their end or something the Divi team would need to investigate.
