Add topic to favorites
so….i’m trying not to lose my mind here. and i know this has been discussed, but all i’m trying to do is put an ‘about me’ section under my header so i can write about my work. i’ve saved ‘about me’ in the menu, added it in the theme module, but nothing is showing up. thanks for any help or suggestions. happy weekend.

Vostok does not have top navigation. You will have to either use the pages or custom menu widget (with a custom menu) or you will have to switch themes to one that does have top navigation.

Whoops, sorry I bumped my head. Vostok does have a top navigation menu.

After creating the custom menu and the about me page, add the page(s) to the menu, save, and then from the primary pulldown in the “theme location” module at upper left on the menu page, select your custom menu name and click save.

Something is weird here. I switched my test blog to vostok and put a test menu into the primary location and it does not show up, but I found the problem.

Go to appearance > theme options and enable top navigation.
