Vostok-Theme – No Custom Header/Navigation

    Good evening,

    Just downloaded Vostok-Theme 2.01 and uploaded onto my WordPress account (running 3.0.1) and for the life of me when I active the Theme, go to Appearance, there is NO option in the menu to edit Header or Navigation liked picture on alot of sites.

    I have even checked to see if it is supported and it is indeed in the list at; http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/

    Can anyone comment on how I can manually add a custom header image, and get my navigation links setup. Is this a bug within Vostok-Theme or WP?
