i can’t believe they don’t have adsense when wordpress is the first response you get when you google blogs! what the hell is that about! c’mon wordpress. let us use adsense

Hey Im new to all this let me just start that way, but having ads instead of content on my blog doesnt seem like the kind of blog I want. Sure making money on the net would be a wonderful thing, but there is a place for everything and it just doesnt seem like this is te place for that.
I like the pure writing that goes on here and would hate to see it demeaned or lessoned by selling out to corporate ideas.
so , No thanks for the adsense.DB Reese

No adsense! My gosh, people pay good money to have websites without ads, and you guys want to *put* ads on yours?! If you wanted to wanted to make a profit from blogging you should have gone to one of those pay-per-post places. You read the rules and agreed to them. Deal.

basically adsence is not a joking thing, its a money making way, its a plan done by google for its advertising and marketing its site all around the world to reach the peak of the web. and its users, hence if the wordpress allows the adsence in its side bar it can be ease for all to access the adsence and they could miss use the chance hence i do not want to support this option, the people who knew the marketing mind only can understand what iam coming to say…. others can not… but getting adsence is something important…..

If it’s that important to you, bloggersiva, you can have adsense. All you have to do is go to wordpress.org, download the software and hire a web host. Done.

i am sure wordpress have their reasons for notch making making adsense…

I don’t understand this at all. Before I signed up for a WordPress blog, I read the ToS and all the “about” stuff and then decided to go ahead. So why then, do all these people think that when WordPress was clear up front about not allowing adsense, that they should be harassing them to allow it now? Why didn’t they just choose blogger instead?
Seriously, I’m not a forum volunteer and often weeks go by that I’m not in here, but each time I have reason to use the forums, I see tons of the same adsense posts and I honestly marvel at the way the regular volunteers have not blown a gasket over having to give the same answers over and over to people who didn’t read anything before they signed up… and then don’t check the previously answered questions before posting yet another new one about adsense.
I salute the volunteers today. You folks are way more patient than I ever could be.
