Vote It Up plug in only available for wordpress.org?

  Is the vote it up plug in (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/vote-it-up/) only works if I use wordpress.org with my own host? I am wondering if it works with wordpress.com or if there’s similar plug in for the free blogging service? Thanks

  ALL plugins only work for WordPress.ORG blogs. We have a ratings option here which you can find on the Settings->General page, but that’s it.

  Actually it is in the main dashboard navigation under “ratings.”
