  Hello
  If a vulnerability is found in a WordPress theme, it should be reported to you(HackerOne) or to that theme developers team(Have not any bug bounty program)?

  It’s an open redirect.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Which theme exactly are you referring to? Without knowing the details, I’d suggest reporting it directly to the theme developers.
