    Could you please send me a copy of your W-9 so we can set you up as an approved vendor for our high school and be able to open an account?

    Hi there,

    I’d be happy to send you our W-9 form. However, as a matter of policy, we only send out the W-9 form when a user has a verified transaction on their account.

    If you’d like, you can go ahead and purchase the upgrade(s) you want on your WordPress.com account. Then, if you send me the transaction ID for your purchase, I’d be happy to send you our W-9.

    Don’t post the transaction ID in the forums, just let me know what upgrade you purchased and under what account, and I can retrieve it on my end.

    We’re at a Catch 22, because we can’t purchase anything from a vendor who has not been approved. And we need a W-9 to do that. As this is a high school, could you not send it to an e-mail that is linked to this district? Or directly to our bookkeeper?

    Wonderful! Thank you for making this work. Please send the W-9 to (email visible only to moderators and staff). If you need our tax exempt form, we’ll be happy to provide that as well. Just provide us with an e-mail where you’d like it sent. Thanks again!
