W9 Form for premium account purchase by state school?

    I would like to make a premium-account website for a community college newspaper, though before the school pays for it they’ve requested a “W9 form” from wordpress. I assume this is a hoop that certain organizations must jump through before they part with money for tax reasons.

    Is there any way for me to get this form for them?

    Previous searches made it seem like someone has to post about it in these forums and then they get emailed the form once a staff member takes notice:
