waiting for 2 days for importing from xanga

  i have been waiting for 2 days for importing from xanga. And I only imported the first file and have 7 more to be uploaded. I can’t accept the speed.

  Hey there –

  The import is still showing that it is processing? You’re correct in thinking that it should not take that long.

  I will flag for staff attention so that they can reset your importer.

  Please take note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import every file included in the .zip folder individually.

  That is most likely why the import is failing.

  I’ve just reset the importer. Could you please give it another try using the instructions above?
