I’m writing because our website, À pala de Walsh, is down for a week. We missed the email regarding the renewal – it was surrounded by junk mail and we didn’t notice… – and meanwhile the website, your assistant said, is in a redemption period.
That assistant told us that he would send a link so that we could pay the fee.
We’re waiting until then to recover our domain and nine years of work back.
We are here to ask you for urgent help to, please, let us recover our domain.

Since Support is already helping you via email, please direct your correspondence to that email.
