waiting for refund for canceled site from June 23

    we canceled our website and domain on June 23 and have still not received our refund of $52.18. We were unable to use the paid site as we were hoping and ended up going with your free site with a different name. Please advise when we can expect to see the refund as we canceled within the time frame. I believe the domain name was saddlebrookecommonarea.com
