Waiting for wp.com transfer

  Hello, I have initiated a domain transfer from wp.com to self-hosted wp. I did all the steps found in your blog and my host (HG) told me that “We have checked the status of your domain transfer and found that your current Registrar needs to approve your domain name’s transfer.”

  PLease advise on what should I do.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It actually looks like your domain has transferred! If you take a look at the whois lookup right here:

  http://who.is/whois/bryanvillarosa.com

  You’ll see that it is now registered with a third party company. You’ll just need to log in and change your nameservers to whichever host you desire!
