Waiting on a refund

For over 2 weeks I haven’t been able to post my video blogs to Facebook. I’ve chatted with 4 different “happiness engineers” who can’t seem to make me happy.
I decided to leave wordpress for another blog platform and now I can’t get a refund for the $99 I spent to upgrade.
Maybe my new blog will be dedicated to how crappy customer service is here at wordpress.

I’m sorry for the trouble you had trying to share your posts to Facebook. The issue was reported to our developers by one of the Happiness Engineers you chatted with, but our developers have not been able to resolve it yet. However, it’s still on our radar.
I checked your account, and I see that you canceled WordPress.com Premium and we’ve issued a full refund. If you don’t see that refund yet, you may want to contact your credit card company for more information about it. (Some companies can take about 10 days to process refunds like this.)
