Wallpaper gallery plugin and theme customization

    Hello! I want to customize a wallpaper gallery plugin and theme. the core features of plugin and theme must be required as following—

    1.The plugin will automatically count the pixels of visitor’s screen to adjust the size of the pictures on the wallpaper website to meet the pixels of visitor’s screen.

    2.If the pixels of visitor’s screen are set as a special size, the plugin will automatically catch the size of visitor’s screen and adjust the ratio of picture by cropping the picture in reducing its height but keep its width. Meanwhile the size of the picture will be automatically zoomed out to meet the pixels of visitor’s screen. Visitors can select the area on the picture while cropping the picture.

    3.If the original size of the picture is smaller than the pixels of visitor’s screen, the plugin will remind the visitor that the picture can’t be set as the wallpaper under visitor’s present screen pixel. The plugin will ONLY be activated when its original size of the picture is larger than visitor’s screen pixels.

    4.The webmaster can set the watermark in text or picture format on anywhere of the pictures.

    We don’t have ANY ability to use plugins on WordPress.com, and thus we also can’t advise you on writing plugins in this forum. This CSS Customization forum is only for helping users customize existing and specific WordPress.com themes using CSS.

    For help with creating a plugin for use with self-hosted sites you need to post in the WordPress.ORG forum instead. That forum provides support for the self-hosted open-source version of WordPress, and if they can’t help you directly with creating the plugin, they should be able to point you to the right place to get help. http://wordpress.org/support/
