wanna put another's theme code into mine

  i’m developing a theme(willing to sell it) and i’m pretty much stuck and i was wondering if someone can tell if i used a code from another paid theme and put it into mine (of course after i make the obvious changes).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
