Want a refund

    Hi,
    I just purchased a 3-year personal plan after talking to a happiness engineer. BEFORE purchasing, I asked if I could customize the colors of my website with a personal plan, and he said yes. However, now it says I have to upgrade to a premium plan. Frankly, it seems absurd to me that I should have to pay hundreds of dollars to be able to choose a color! I would like a refund because having my own color palette was the most important part to me.
