Want a theme with a 70% opacity text box

  My illustrator friend has done a lovely background for me, so I want a theme where the text box is a little bit transparent so you can see it underneath, but much lighter. A lot of the themes are demoed in white so it’s hard to tell; can anybody suggest one?
