Want blog under new account

  Hi
  I made an account for my theatre group to blog about our productions.
  However, I signed up under my personal wordpress ID and simply added another site – on second thoughts I want to start the theatre blog under the theatre company email address so that others within the group can add things, not just myself.

  Please advise, can I transfer the blog across to a new login (yet to be set up) and if not, if I deleted the newly created theatre blog on my personal ID would it become immediately available if I then set up the ID and set up the blog again? Or would it be permanently unavailable?
