Want everything deleted including my username but need help.

Hello,
I tried 3 times to delete my blogs but even 24 hours later I never received the confirmation email. I checked to make sure I was getting emailed at the right address and everything but nothing.

Please help me delete all 3 of my blogs as well as my account (ltlwhitebtrfly) I am moving on to something new and already downloaded my posts.

Hi Jessica, sorry to see you go. I’ve flagged this thread for a moderator to help you delete your blogs, since you’re not receiving the confirmation emails to delete your account.

Deleting entire accounts, however, is not allowed, in order to prevent someone from impersonating you in the future. For more info:

Awesome, thank you so much! And I got messaged via email about your posting to help me, so something must just be off. It’s okay we can’t delete accounts but it would be nice to delete the blogs.

No problem. You might want to make sure the confirmation emails aren’t being caught in your spam filter, as well.

You can delete the blogs, just not your entire account.

Did you check your email client spam/junk mail filter? Verification emails are often found there.

Yes, multiple times and there is nothing in there.

Thanks for the responsive. Know that while you are waiting for Staff to irk their way through the threads dated earlier than this one you can make the blogs you want deleted private. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
You can also post the relevant URLs here so you save Staff time when they get to this thread.

Also note that accounts cannot be deleted and you need one for Akisemt and for Jetpack on a self hosted site.

If you want I can delete the blog for you. Note that blog deletion is permanent and the name can never be used again. Please reply to confirm.

If you want to temporarily hide your blog instead, please use privacy option so only you and logged-in members of the blog can view it.
