Want Links to Open In a Separate Window

Hi, All. Is there a way to have links in my blog open up in a separate window?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For links in posts and pages, when you create the text link, you can select to have it open in a new window or tab. You can do the same thing when you create links for your links widget (or edit a link).
One thing I’ll say is that people are kind of turned off anymore by links opening in new windows or tabs. They are tired of having to close them all the time.

Good evening, tsp! Hope your day was filled with good things.
I was going to wait until he answered, but you’ve done quite well. Here are some links to assist:
Posts or Pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/
Navbar: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ (even though they don’t talk about Link Targets until the very bottom of the page)
Sidebar: depends on the widget you are using. If it’s the Links/Blogroll Widget: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/ -
Thank you all for your answers. I did not realize that opening a separate window might be a turnoff. I appreciate that extra bit of advice. In the meantime, I will look at the links you’ve provided.

Ok. So I will back off with opening a separate window. However, is there a way to have some sort of bubble pop up if I hover over a word? (I have seen that on some sites and if might just work for what I’m writing.)
