Want multiple bloggers on one blog, but password required

I’m trying to set up a blog for girls to use as part of summer camp. I want each of them to be able to log in and post on the blog I’ve created…but want there to be privacy – not allowing others to view the blog or comment. I can see how to only allow the girls to see the blog; I need a quick answer as to how to have multiple girls (20) able to post on the same blog. Any thoughts?
