I had my website on wordpress.com ,,,, Mow I have change the host but I want to know how can I get the people who have subscribed my posts. I contacted with wordpress.org people they are saying they it should be done form .com only…

Staff can can move your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred because there is no WordPress.org Reader or in fact a community with shared in-house features like there is here at WordPress.com.
What’s required is:
installation and activation of the JetPack plugin;
posting both URLs for the underlying .wordpress.com blog and the domain into this forum thread;
tagging the thread with modlook in the sidebar;
subscribing to the thread so you are notified when Staff make the transfer. -
