Want refund

I meant to actually cancel the auto-renewal of the custom design upgrade to my site (in fact I’m almost certain I clicked “cancel” on the buy page), when I got an email saying that I had made a purchase instead. I would like a refund.
Also, would love a more private way to ask for a refund than a public support forum.

You should be able to just go to the Store page and hover over the paid upgrade and see the Refund button.

The only thing that I’ve found to be applicable was this statement on the Store->My upgrades page: “You can use the “Cancel” button on My Upgrades if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.” Don’t see a cancel button. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi there!
I have canceled the auto-renewal of the Custom Design upgrade and provided you a full refund. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
Also, if you go to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard, you will see a link to Contact Support at the bottom of the page. Through that link you can contact us by email privately. :)
